Welcome to our consultation website on our plans for Land North of Lower Cambourne
South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership is pleased to present our plans to deliver a sustainable and well-connected new neighbourhood for the local community on Land North of Lower Cambourne.
The proposals are for up to 260 much needed new homes, 40% of which will be affordable housing, alongside new open spaces, children’s play areas, cycle and pedestrian routes and a market square.
We look forward to sharing our emerging proposals with you and receiving your feedback.
As part of our consultation, we hosted two drop-in events on Wednesday 13th and Saturday 16th July, as well as an online webinar on Monday 18th July. The exhibition boards used at the drop-in events, along with a recording of the webinar, can be viewed by clicking on the buttons below.
